Pricing Factors
We are a small family owned company, and we work hard to keep our prices competitive in comparison to the larger chauffeur and executive car hire services. However, there are a number of factors that can impact on the price we offer when transporting you. These include:
The Time of Day
We always strive to meet the needs of our customers whatever the time and day, but please note that any transportation between 23:00 and 07:00 will incur a surcharge of 20%. This will also apply to any trips on UK Bank Holidays.
Number of People
Of course, it makes no difference however many passengers are in the car. However, if there are deviations to the journey and the driver is required to pick up additional passengers in the car or drop passengers off at various locations, this will increase the cost of the journey.
Distance Covered
We are located in the South East of England and will happily drive to anywhere within the United Kingdom. Obviously, the further the distance the higher the price of the journey. Minimum charge £30.
Special Requests
If you have any special requirements, we will endeavour to meet them. For example, if you would like to be met with a glass of wine or champagne, this can be arranged, but will be subject to additional cost. If you have any special requests, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Local and Short Trips
Are charged at a taxi rate of £2 per mile plus initial fare of £5. Waiting charge - £30 per hour/or part there-of, minimum transport charge £30.
Parking, Tolls, Congestion and ULEZ charges will also be added to fees.
